Hi my name is Siley Baker, I live in Australia with my husband and daughter but my heart today is with my hometown, Bogo City Philippines. On September 30, 2025, our community was struck by a devastating 6.9 magnitude earthquake, leaving my family and many of my neighbours homeless, fearful and uncertain of how to begin again. They all have been sleeping in fields as it is not safe to go to any evacuation centres in the area as most of them have collapsed and damaged or even going back to their own homes as aftershocks still remains and the death tolls are rising for people being trapped in their collapsed homes.

My husband and I are helping as much as possible but more help is needed. Right now my family, my neigbours and community needs as much help as they can get especially the poorest and the most vulnerable.

I am humbly launching a donation drive not for myself but for my family and our neighbouring community who have lost so much. Any amount no matter how small will be a lifeline of hope, meals, water, blankets, flashlights, tents etc or even a simple reminder that they are not alone and not forgotten.
