Earthquake Croatia, disabled person needs a car

My name is Ivana Radosevic, I live in Naas, Ireland with my family. My hometown, Petrinja, Croatia, was hit by powerful earthquake on 29/12/20.My family is all well and alive, but my brother's in law car is completely damaged.
His name is Silvio Radosevic and he is the kindest and most optimistic person I have ever met, even though he is in wheelchairs for the past 17 years, he never lost his positivity. He is a great uncle, brother, son, and everyone who met him was amazed by his spirit.
This car wasn't just a car, it's literally his way out from the house, his window to the world, because it was specially adapted so he can drive it with manual commands. He took a bank loan few months ago, with his 300€ monthly pension, so he could have a better social life. Now, it's all gone. He can't get a new one, and this one is so damaged that it can't be repaired. And not to mention that repayments will continue each month.
Silvio is 38, now stucked in the house, with all the stress that's around us for the past few days.
