It’s with shattered hearts that we share the loss of our beloved Jessica Skye Smrecnik—a vibrant, wild-hearted soul who left this world far too soon.

Jess was just 18 years old, with a laugh that could fill a room, a stubborn streak a mile wide, and a heart so big it couldn’t always carry the weight of her pain.

Though she tried so hard to keep walking through the storm, in the end, it became too heavy.

She is now free, at peace, and wrapped in the wings of the angels. While we’re left aching in her absence, we hold on to the love she gave, and the two little boys who carry her light.

Jess leaves behind her beautiful twin sons, who turn two years old on August 2nd just a few short days away,

Two little souls who were her world, her purpose, her everything. It’s almost impossible to imagine celebrating their lives while grieving the loss of hers there mama bear—but that’s exactly what we’re being called to do as she would not want it any other way.

We’re raising $15,000 to help give Jess the farewell she deserves—beautiful, soulful, and full of love—and to support her boys and family as we begin this long road ahead without her.

Now, if Jess could see us all here making a fuss, she’d probably smirk and say:

“Ughhh, don’t make this a sad sob story—I’m still hot in the afterlife!”

And honestly?

She absolutely is.

That fierce beauty and wild soul and don't forget the wild hair she rocked! She is never to far away from us in our memories and hearts!

She certainly made an impact in those lives who knew her that's for sure!
