On May 26th, 2018 our son, brother, cousin, uncle, Earl McNeil was suffering a mental breakdown and he went in to the National City Police Department for help. Earl never came home. Earl came out of the National City Police department in a coma, with severe brain trauma. As the National City Police Department, will not cooperate, we have no idea what happened to Earl after he was contacted by their officers. Earl was put on life support, and on Thursday, June 7th, our family had to make one of the most heart wrenching decisions, based on what the doctors treating Earl communicated to us, we decided to suspend the life support. Earl finally passed yesterday, June 11th at 8:15 pm. Earl was loved by his family and will be deeply missed.

Earl was raised by my mother Tammy Davis as her own son after his mother passed away when he was a child. Earl was a very important member of our family and we were not prepared to bury this young man. Our family is reaching out for help, any amount of help will be greatly appreciated. If you are not able to help us, please share this out over your networks. From our family to yours, hold your loved ones tight, and thank you in advance for any help that you are able to provide. Thank You!!!
