Tl;dr: Mr Squeak--my darling, Problem Child pug--has a mass in her right ear (yes, she is a girl despite the "Mr"!) and the surgery to remove it will cost somewhere in the realm of $2500.

The long(er) version: Last month, I noticed that Mr Squeak's ear was incredibly gunky and leaking pus all over the place (pleasant right?). It was after regular business hours but serious enough that I thought it needed to be looked at immediately, so I took her to emergency where they diagnosed her with an ear infection and gave her antibiotics.  Despite the antibiotics, her ear continued to leak unpleasantness all over the place. Four weeks later and five vet visits later, it turns out that she has a mass in her ear that's causing the infection. In order to fix it, she needs to have her ear canal removed in a TECA-BO surgery (you can read more about the surgery here)

The vet estimates that the surgery will cost between $2500-$2800. However, I've already spent $4500 on her in the last month to try to figure out what's going on, and I just don't have another $2500. I would be so incredibly grateful if you can spare anything to help with this surgery.
