Help my Mother with breast cancer

My name is Shawn, and on behalf of my family I decided to start this Gofundme page.

This Gofundme is to help raise funds for my Mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer back in August. It was very hard emotionally for us when we all found out. So many feelings and emotions going through our heads. For those of you that know me, know that my mom is everything to me and my family. Although the news was hard to hear, we have been blessed with amazing support through family and our-church family. My mom was able to act fast with doctor visits, change of diet, meeting with people we knew who have overcome breast cancer. After meeting with doctors in Stanford and surgeons she had to make a decision if she was going to take a western medicine route ( surgery, chemo, radiation etc) or take a holistic approach. Because of our family history with cancer and the side effects of chemo and radiation on them she has decided to take the holistic approach. We were recommended by multiple people, some who have overcome cancer and some who know of someone who has overcome cancer.

I was very hesitant at starting this Gofundme because I hate to ask people for money. Her treatment is out of the country and costs as much as one school loan. I have put the link down below of her treatment center so you can see where she will be going. Unfortunately, her insurance does not cover any of it. We have been able to gather some money but anything extra helps.

My mom is our everything, I can't even imagine what my life would be without her and unfortunately, we have had to have the conversation recently. No son, brother, sister, niece or nephew wants to hear what her last wishes would be if this has a different outcome than what we want. "It's in Gods hand" she tells us. My mom is a strong faithed women and has been a fighter mentally and emotionally through all this. I love you guys and if you feel the need to donate my family and I will be forever grateful to you.
