Hello. I am Jack Gallagher, and I am a Life Scout in Saline, Michigan who is currently working towards becoming an Eagle Scout.

My Eagle Project is going to be a permanent seating area in the dog park enclosure of Saline's Curtiss Park. The structure will consist of a bench beneath a canopy shelter, all set in a concrete pad alongside the western wall of the enclosure. On the concrete pad there is also space for a dog drinking fountain that will be installed by the city in the future (which they specifically requested be added to the project).

I have been working closely with the City of Saline's Parks and Recreation Department as well as the Department of Public Works to make this project possible. They have been very supportive of the idea throughout the many months that I have been working with them.

The concrete pad has just been poured, and we plan to then start and complete the construction of the structure itself in August.

The estimated revenue needed for this project is $2,500 (shown to be a little higher here just to be safe). (WILL BE CHANGED DUE TO DONATION OF CONCRETE)
