Team Eagle One is, hands down, the most successful mentoring, leadership, and physical preparatory training program for the Navy SEAL and Naval Special Warfare community.

The active duty BUD/s and other Naval Special Warfare programs have a failure rate of 75-95% annually. Team Eagle One graduates have a 97-100% successful graduation rate annually! We are the ONLY program of its kind in the Nation.

Here is the problem: with volunteer hours and internal funding alone, we cannot provide these young men and women with the number of mentoring hours per week, the event and equipment fees, or the facilities required for their success in their personal and professional lives.

For fifteen years, Eagle One's current and former Navy SEAL instructors have prepared, mentored, and trained some of the most successful BUDs candidates and Navy SEAL Team members in the country. We're proud of their accomplishments in training and in the field around the globe.

What you may not know is that Eagle One is a mentor and training program that welcomes all who want to advance and improve in any environment. While our program is based on and most famous for creating highly successful Navy SEALs, and is the most successful program in the country, many of our candidates who become Eagle One Teammates go to College, Fire and Rescue, or Police and Sheriff departments. The Eagle One program makes Navy SEAL futures possible because we recognize potential and we develop it, but no matter what professional field our candidates choose. We create leaders and change lives, and we need your help!

If opening the door to unlimited opportunity for young folks is as exciting to you as it is to us, please donate 10, 25, 100, 500, or 1000 or more if you are able. Eagle One is a 501C3 Non-Profit Corporation under our parent name, Direct Action Inc. www.directaction.us
Every donation helps, no matter how small. Please contact me at any time to hear about the program and to learn of the successes of the hard-charging young men and women in our program.

Our 501 (c) (3) nonprofit program is open to men and women ages 16-32. Others who do not fit into that age range are welcome to join if you meet the standards and can attend regularly. Please contact me if you wish to raise the bar in your own personal and professional life.

The Eagle One Core Program is, and always has been, free for the candidates. Many of our candidates come from very diverse and challenging financial and family environments. It is a large part of our mission that these highly motivated young men and women not be kept from the highest level of instruction and success potential because of financial, social, or educational barriers.

For the past fifteen years, Coach Mac and our instructors have volunteered their time so that these young men and women can be the best, most well-rounded candidates that the Navy has to offer in the Special Warfare Programs.

We need you!

Our instructors are all former Navy SEALs, and whether it be on active duty or after active duty in programs such as this one, our duty and our mission are helping others. Asking for help is not actually in my vocabulary, so one of the most challenging actions that I have ever taken is to ask for your help so that we may continue this program at the level that we have for the past years. Your donations are used directly to offset:

1: Equipment purchases and rentals for the students
2. The instructor deeply discounted rates since our instructor's volunteer hours are, of course, limited
3. Rental of pools and beach facilities (10,000 per year per city)
4. Gear rentals and fees for state parks, mountains, etc.
5. Offset the costs of gear needed for each student. (Many members on our very diverse student roster join us from financially challenging family environments and cannot train if there is a cost to them)

My promise to you is that our standards for our instructors and our students will remain at the highest level. We do not get rich doing this, as so many fundraising programs seem to be focused on lately. I have self-funded over 90% of this program for fifteen years. Our focus and our spending are on the absolute necessities of the program. It is our duty and personal responsibility to mentor and train these young men and women so that they meet the highest moral, ethical, physical, and mental standards possible in today's complex world. Our instructors work at a deeply discounted rate because this program and the future of our communities are that important to us and it is worth our time and effort.

The program works: BUDs training has an average dropout rate of 80%-95% per class. For the past fifteen years, Team Eagle One has maintained a 97-100% successful BUDS graduation rate annually! That is a success rate greater than any other program in the nation! Many times greater than even the United States Naval Academy! That is amazing, and the effort of these young men and women is amazing.

We are relentless in our efforts to increase that already spectacular success rate, just as we are relentless in our pursuit of helping more young men and women succeed at a high level in EVERY civilian and military field that they choose as they experience their unlimited potential.

If that is as exciting to you as it is to us, please donate 10, 25, 100, 500, or 1000 or more if you are able. Every donation helps, no matter the size. Please contact me at any time to hear about the program and to learn of the successes of the hard-charging young men and women in our program.

Always Lead from the front
