Eagle Family Funeral Expenses

This beautiful family was traveling from their home in Waukesha WI to a family funeral in Huron South Dakota. Sadly they did not make their destination, but instead were fatally killed in a car crash that claimed 6 lives. Nyobee was a beautiful child who always wanted to be a doctor, and was approaching her 12th birthday in September. Tamara will always be remembered as a dedicated mother, loving daughter, and avid pet lover. Sheila was truly the heart and soul of the Eagle family, as a licensed LPN, this dedicated nurse was always there for her friends and family. This is an unexpected tragedy for the family, friends and loved ones of the Eagle family. We are asking for any donations you can give towards their funeral and other expenses so they can all be laid to rest together in their hometown of Green Bay WI. Hello, My name is Tyreace Brown the creator of this campaign. I want to first of all thank all of you for your generous, heartfelt donations and sympathetic comments. I can’t even begin to put into words what this tragic accident has done to me and the other members of our immediate and extended family. Six lives were taken in the blink of an eye like they were in a war zone. I just can’t believe they are all gone. I still can hear Sheila’s keys opening up the apartment door and the smell of her perfume. I can still hear Tamara’s and Nyobee’s voices asking if they can hang out and watch movies with Grandpa Ty. They never made it through a whole movie with me before falling asleep next to me, but I still enjoyed their company.  Sheila was struggling with so many medical conditions and financial hardships, but that never stopped her from being the best mother and grandmother I have ever known. I met her 25 years ago and we have been inseparable until August 2, 2019. Tamara and Nyobee never went without. She spoiled the two of them as often as possible. They did so many things together and honestly I don’t think she would have been able to live one day without them. So as tragic as this accident was, sadly I am happy that they all were still together and are still together.  Tamara has always had health problems but I knew she was a smart girl from the very first day I met her with her mom in Chicago. Her and I just connected right away. She was not biologically mine but she might as well had been. I took her everywhere with my kids. She got tired of me introducing her as Sheila’s daughter so we agreed to be Dad and Daughter from then on. A few years ago she thought life would be more exciting and just wanted a change of scenery, so she decided to relocate with Nyobee to Las Vegas Nevada. A couple of years passed, her health deteriorated and so did Sheila’s. It was like the two of them being so apart took a toll on both of their immune systems. Tamara was literally on her death bed, we were terrified for her and Nyobee. Tamara couldn’t even physically or mentally take care of herself or her daughter. So the extended family and myself flew them back as quickly as we could. Once back in Waukesha they were staying in homeless shelters and then hotels. She was too sick to work and she was denied disability, even though she was in the hospital every other week. I was taking Sheila to the hospital weekly as well with stroke like blood pressures. Once we moved Tamara and Nyobee in with us, slowly over the next three years Sheila’s and Tamara’s health improved miraculously. I strongly believe that if Tamara was ever a long distance away from Nyobee for an extended period of time the same thing would have happened to the two of them as well.  Nyobee, well what can I say about my little nobikins :) She was the spitting image of her mother. Watching her grow up was like having a clone of Tamara. I told her she was to never call Sheila and I her grandparents when we were out in public because we just didn’t feel or look old enough for that. Well she was not having any of that, when she started school Sheila got the name Salie and I got the name Grandpa Ty :( I was not happy about my name but over the years I grew to love it! Even in public lol I miss all three of them so much, knowing I will never get another long hug, crazy create-a-meals, sleepy movie night, nerf war, game night, photo bomb, or a kiss goodnight makes me feel like three pieces of my heart have been ripped out.  Thank you for reading.  I want to give a special thank you to the following people.  The Waukesha PD officers who had to deliver us the news and stayed with us for several hours keeping us calm.  Waukesha PD Chaplain Tim Ryder who showed up within minutes of being called to offer comfort. Tim D of the Minnesota State Patrol who made sure that our calls didn’t go ignored. Erika Reed from the Deputy Medical Examiners Office in Minnesota who tried her best to give me as much information even though I am not next of kin.  And Jean from Proko-Wall Funeral Home in Green Bay who has been so sympathetic, understanding and generous. Making sure that we have several options and giving us plenty of time to make final decisions. I love you Jean! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I also want to thank the Eagle Family members, especially Michelle who has had 4 family members pass away in a week. Nyobee’s Father Eric, and Benjamin her other Dad who have put their differences aside for us all to work together and for giving me the opportunity to handle the majority of the decisions being made for our beautiful girls.
