Bring Steve Home

**Update** See below As many of you know Steve fell ill while traveling through Petra in Jordan.  He was evacuated to Amman, Jordan.  His condition worsened and he is now in the ICU at the hospital here in Amman.  We worked with the travel insurance company to get him the care he needs.  Unfortunately, the travel insurance will not cover critical care transport back to the United States and it will have to come out of pocket.  Your generosity will help me bring him home as soon as possible.  I am exhausting every avenue I have and am working with every possible key player.   The physician here has cleared him for transport and the hospital awaits him in Sacramento.  The final roadblock in my mission to bring him home is the required up-front payment the air medical transport company requires.  I humble myself before you and ask for your help at this time.  Time is of the essence, and he needs to be transported before his condition causes him to not be stable enough for transport.  Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers. **Update! He is very close to coming home! Thanks to some near miraculous connections Rommel had through a coworker we were able to contact a company who is able to provide critical care air transport utilizing contracted commercial airlines. This significantly reduces the cost! I am able to bring down the goal significantly! Thanks to all who have been so generous! After a long journey we made it home yesterday evening! Steve is in the ICU and continues to recover! Thank you all for your generosity and prayers!
