Dear friends and family please support my mama Kelly Ann Holt. She needs a heart transplant! She is a 54-year old woman. She is a wife, a mother and a registered nurse of 30 years. My mum, Kelly Ann was born with a congenital heart defect and over the last few months her heart function has declined significantly. In March she and my step dad, David, were informed that she needed a heart transplant. She was contacted by the Mass General heart transplant team on Tuesday May 9, 2023 and informed that she is officially on the list. She is both excited and scared. She has a chance to live!  She has saved many lives, now it’s time for us to save hers. She knows the road ahead is going to be a rough one but she was born fighting for her life and will continue to fight. She is not afraid of the physical struggle before her as much as the financial burden that will be part of her battle.
