Each One Help One Rebuilding Lives After Hurricane Melissa
My name is Donna Rowe, a proud Jamaican native. Together with my daughters Deanna Mcintosh, Tanisha Kelly, and Shirlene Rowe we are coming together to support our family, friends, and community who were deeply impacted by Hurricane Melissa, particularly those in Mandeville and St. Mary, Jamaica.

Our goal is to raise $100,000. Even though we live here in the U.S., our hearts are in Jamaica, and many of our loved ones back home have lost homes, belongings, and access to basic necessities. They need our help, and we’re doing everything we can to provide direct support to them and others in our community who are struggling to rebuild.

Hurricane Melissa has caused widespread damage across Jamaica destroying homes, flooding communities, and leaving many families without food, clean water, or shelter.

While large organizations focus on the areas most devastated like Black River and St. Elizabeth, many families in parishes such as Mandeville, St. Mary, and others are also facing tremendous loss and will need help to rebuild their lives.

My family and I are launching this relief effort under the motto “Each One Help One” because together, we can make a real difference. Our goal is to directly support people we know personally: our family, friends, neighbors, and community members who were affected by Hurricane Melissa. We want to help them rebuild their homes, access food and clean water, and receive medical care as they begin to recover and rebuild their lives.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
Home repairs and rebuilding materials (lumber, roofing, tarps, etc.)
Essential food and clean water supplies
Emergency medical care and basic needs

This is a community-to-community effort, ensuring that your contribution reaches real people, real families, and makes a real impact quickly and directly.

No act of kindness is too small. Together, we can bring hope and relief to those in need and help our island heal, one family at a time.

We are also doing a physical collection of goods at Salon Divine details in photos.
