Become a Founding Sponsor of eTechTV & eTechMall

I'm Rich Garboski and I'm the Executive Producer, Host, and Founder of eTech.TV , an award-winning technology talk show which originally ran for five seasons under the previous brand Tech Update TV.  In our initial five seasons, over 100 live and on-demand shows were produced and aired during the five-year run that featured a wide array of technology topics and commentary featuring numerous technology pioneers and entrepreneurs.  The show won several viewer choice awards which included; "Outstanding Educational and Instructional Series", "Outstanding Editing" "Best Technical Effects".

We are bringing the show back and officially announce the initiation of our crowdfunding campaign to raise production funding for our 2019-2020 season of 50+ shows.  With your financial support, we can produce an entire season of content starting with weekly programming with a long-term goal of producing daily programming.  You can support eTech.TV  by becoming a founding sponsor or contributor.

To show our appreciation to our contributors we have established the eTechTV sponsor wall, where your name, business name, logo, or video will be listed (Depending on your contribution level) for our viewers to see.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read about our campaign and very much appreciate your support.

Technology affects just about every aspect of our lives.  Everywhere we turn, there is always something new.  Whether it's the technology in the home, at the office, on our phones, or in the cloud, the mission of eTech.TV  is to be your "go to" source to keep you informed with the ever-changing world of technology.  Whether you're interested in technology for personal use or for your business, we want to be your trusted source.

It takes a significant amount of funding to produce a season of technology-based content and we want to make as much of it available for our viewers for free with some premium content available for contributors.   All of this will be supported by what we raise through this ongoing GoFundMe campaign and sales from our online store, eTechMall when it launches.

With billions of people globally connected via the internet, eTech.TV  will educate, entertain, inspire and improve many lives anywhere on the planet.   With your support, we will deliver our educational programming in an entertaining fashion, a unique format that we call "edutainment"

We also believe that eTech.TV  can have a positive social impact by educating those less fortunate in society.  We will pursue opportunities to advocate technology competency that benefits our youth and advances the next generation.  As a matter of fact, during our initial five-year run, some of our most loyal fans were children and teenagers.

It will be available on your mobile device, tablet, desktop, or big screen TV anywhere on planet earth!  We will deliver our show directly from the eTech.TV  website, as well as other major OTT (Over the top) platforms such as Roku, Amazon, Apple TV, and Opera.  We're starting off with Roku (Channel awaiting approval), with the implementation of the other OTT platforms rolling out over the 3rd & 4th quarters of 2019, as we secure more funding.  We will be keeping everyone informed with video updates here on the GoFundMe platform and also from the eTech.TV  website.  Additionally, we will have our content, live and/or on demand on all the major social media platforms.  eTech.TV  will have a presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Periscope, and all the other social media platforms with viewers from all walks of life.

eTech.TV  has a studio in New York City where it produces all of its video and audio content for the web and can also produce 4K content. We’ve spent the last 15 months laying the groundwork for the relaunch of eTech.TV.   Many months were spent constructing a studio, building the eTech.TV website,  producing a pilot, and development of our family of web sites.

Another aspect of the crowdfunding project will be to fund the launch of eTechMall , the official online store for eTech.TV The mall is currently in beta with a launch projected for July of 2019.  There will be an extensive amount of video content supporting all the products and services in eTechMall where viewers will be able to browse eTechMall and purchase merchandise and or services from our premium partners and will serve as another way to help fund the operations of eTech.TV

Our budget is very minimal as compared to a traditional mainstream media broadcast budget. With the reach of the internet globally via this crowdfunding campaign, we can raise funding to produce an entire 50+ show season of programming to support the cast and the crew of eTech.TV

Producing high-quality content for broadcast TV, OTT (Roku, Amazon, AppleTV, etc.) requires state of the art equipment, studio expenses, professional crew members, editors, writers, and experienced on the air talent.  There can be up to 8 people involved in each production, on and off camera.  While many shows will be produced in the studio, we will also be reporting on the road at special events and on location productions at various venues throughout the country

Up to this point, we have done the "heavy lifting", building and equipping the studio, developing several websites, and have produced some video content. We are seeking your help to fund up to a year of production and a small amount of additional production equipment needed for on-location productions. Additionally, while we have developed the eTech.TV and eTechMall websites, we will be scaling the website infrastructure to handle a larger number of users, and to improve

Marketing and public relations are other important functions requiring funding. We will make strategic media buys to extend our reach across the Internet. Our goal is to produce 50+ shows this season. The more funding, we get, the more shows we will be able to produce. With your support, we can migrate toward a daily format.

If we don’t reach our goal, we’ll continue to produce content with the number of shows, talent, and guest appearances consummate to the amount raised. We'll still get to the same place, but it will just take us a bit longer to get there.

eTech.TV will accept contributions from anyone who believes in our mission and wants to contribute and be a part of our success.  Whether you are private individuals, a small business, or an enterprise, your contribution is welcome and greatly appreciated. We thank you for being part of our portfolio of founding contributors and/or sponsors!

Every donation no matter how small or large is greatly appreciated!  As a way of saying “Thank You” for your contribution, we have various incentives such as, a text, graphic or video listing on the eTechTV Website Sponsor page showing our viewers the sponsors who contributed and supported the 2019-2020 season.
