Christmas Kindness Project

Each year, the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church shares the joy of Christmas to Atlantans that don't have the means or resources to afford gifts for their families. To help those families in need, the Christmas Kindness Project was born. 

Beyond providing material items, this program gives an experience of dignity, love and independence to those in desperate situations. Many live in area shelters, and all are in need.

Christmas Kindness patrons are warmly welcomed and guided to places where they select their own gifts for children and family. All items are new, and whether the patrons go home with a toy, a toaster or a warm winter coat, they all leave with the feeling that they matter.

In Peachtree Road's ten years of ministry, Christmas Kindness has made Christmas bright for over 20,000 patrons. It takes many hands and a generous spirit to bring this program to life.
