On July 21, 2024 my mom went in the ER for the first time for complications with her liver along with other organs. She has now been in the hospital 6 times since then with stays being as long as 2 weeks. She has been unable to work due to her condition and will most likely never be able to work again. She has been denied from UCLA and Cedar Sinai and was denied a liver transplant because her condition is too far and she will not be able to regenerate the new liver. As of yesterday my mom has been given 1-3 months left to live (10/13/24) and will either be put into hospice, long term care, or simply coming home. leaving my dad to figure out how to make ends meet. Although he is putting in the max overtime hours it’s simply not enough to pay for our bills. We would greatly appreciate donations for our bills along with my mom’s medical bills.
