Help cover my moms medical bills

Hello my name is Natalie I am the daughter of Yamila. On Sunday evening my mother was involved in a horrific dog attack. She was taken by air rescue to the trauma center and straight into the OR. She is in ICU and in stable condition. She suffered 10 bite wounds 3 of them severe. The doctors are saying a skin graphs may be needed for one of her more severe bites wounds on her leg. My mother is epileptic and disabled and my father is retired. I never imagined myself ever making my one of these for myself or my family. But we did not expect these absolutely insane medical bills, my parent’s do not have the means to pay it all, anything helps and a dollar goes a long way. We are looking at a very long road to recovery for her and lots of therapy. On behalf of my family and myself we are very thankful for your help.

Update

Mom is out of the ICU she is the strongest person we know! She is struggling so much with pain but she wakes up every morning feeling blessed to be here another day!

We are still waiting to hear on if she will need a skin graft taking it a day at a time. She will be in the hospital for about another week but lord knows we are dying for her to be home with us and her grand babies.

We are so overwhelmed with all the love and support we have received this past week it almost feels like a dream!

From the bottom of our hearts thank you to every single one of you that have taken your time to donate and share our story it is going to be a long road to recovery but we know she has an army backing her up!
