My aunt Tracy was recently diagnosed with cancer in her thyroid. After removing her thyroid, doctors realized the cancer had spread to surrounding tissues. She will need to undergo radioactive iodine therapy to completely eliminate the cancer. Insurance will not cover the $36,000 treatment that can ultimately save her life. She has done so much for everyone around her, it’s time to help her out and get her the treatment she needs to live a long, healthy, and happy life.
Tracy is not only my aunt, but an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, coworker, volunteer, and of course, animal lover. She has been a mom since she was 18 and has raised 3 wonderful boys who I am so lucky to call my cousins. As the most hardworking and strongest person I know, life without her beautiful smile and incredibly witty personality isn’t a life worth living. She has truly blessed my life by taking me in at 16 and fully supporting me through high school. She has done the same for many others and would never hesitate to help someone in need. She is so loved by everyone that has ever met her. She is such a beautiful light walking in this world. Fighting cancer may be amongst her most difficult battles, but it will not be her last. Please share this with your friends and family, and fight for Tracy to get the life-saving treatment she needs.
