Hi, my name is Jurnee, a close friend of Emmanuel Sowell and his Mother Felicitia Castro , and I am fundraising to help the family of Emmanuel Sowell, also known as Manny. Manny was 20 years old and loved by many. His personality & character was like no other. Manny was very ambitious, goal-oriented, and extremely hardworking. Not to mention very talented, smart, & most importantly how genuine he was . Most of us may know him as a friend, family member, team member, co-worker or simply a grateful person to have had a chance to be a part of his life & Im sure we can all agree on how helpful he was in many ways, in which was his form of expression ;showing he cares. I mention all of that to say how we should remember him and inform you to know, Manny was called home early by the Lord on Saturday morning, 05/07/2022, due to gun violence in the city of Philadelphia. In order to give Manny the proper homegoing service that he deserves, we are asking for donations to go towards his funeral so he may receive his honor from the impact he left on everyone's life. Anything helps, no matter how big or small we greatly appreciate it! May we continue to keep his name alive and make him proud as he did for us.
