Hello, my name is Dexter. My mother is Eydie Annette Puga and for the all my life my mom has given everything to me and just about every single life she has touched. She's given so much and I'm asking to help me give some back to her. For a while now, my mother's eyes have gotten worse and worse. After consulting with specialists, we have found out she has have permanent loss of sight and requires surgery to reattach her retina. Her vitrectomy will cost around four thousand dollars and insurance will not cover it as it is considered an elective procedure. We are trying to raise the money ourselves but we are asking for any and all help. Please help me pay back an amazing woman who has given almost every part of her for others to prosper.  We are supposed to be scheduled for the end of June.
