Help lay Miguel to rest

Update: Through the incredible and overwhelming generosity of our family and friends, we have raised enough to cover the full cost of services. Deepest thanks to all who have donated, shared or, most importantly, supported one another through this sad time. We’re struggling but feel loved. Any leftover funds will go toward the care of Miguel’s four children.

Miguel Hansen (aka Mike Castaneda) passed away on February 18th, 2022. Miguel was a kind and loving person who touched the hearts of many. He smiled and laughed a lot. He was fiercely loyal and a good hugger. He absolutely adored his kids, the oldest of whom is pictured with him above. Miguel was dealt a tough hand in life and lived a bumpy one. Nevertheless, we’d like to see him off proper. Our whole camp is utterly heartbroken. Personally, I miss my little brother and I’d like to just lie down for a while. But, the responsibilities are knocking. Anything you’d like to donate to help offset Miguel’s final expenses will be deeply appreciated. He wasn’t much of a planner.
