Let’s rally for Leo
Donation protected
Hey there, yesterday I was the first responder to a major two-car accident on Tweed Coast Way. I found 16-year-old Leo in the back of one of the vehicles. Whilst giving first aid and waiting for an ambulance, we talked. Leo is an amazing and switched-on young man, respectful and calm even in a crisis, surfs D'bah regularly. I was impressed.
Leo has been hospitalised after a major impact with the driver's seat, stitches, and a concussion. He was pretty shaken up, as expected. I collected his board from the scene for return to him (Leo's most prized possession, damaged in the crash). It would be amazing to get Leo a replacement board to make him smile post-hospital and bring a little light to his recovery. I am on a mission to make this happen for him.
All funds raised will be used for a replacement board to be gifted to Leo (at cost). If you can, please donate — every little bit counts. And if you’re not in a position to give, sharing this post means the world.
Let’s show Leo some love.
Note - All funds will be utilised for the purchase of Leo's replacement board.
