Hello my name is Manny Hernandez and I am a father of 6. 4 children currently live with my wife and I. I have been out of work since December 30 2021. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and kidney failure. Currently my kidney function is at 27% and I can not get a bone marrow transplant until I am above a 50% kidney function.
