I have stage 4 Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis & Adenomyosis.

I need to have a surgery to have my endo removed, polyps & cysts dealt with & biopsies taken. This surgery has an out of pocket cost of $7,300. Something as someone who works casually due to this disease, can't afford alone.

Endo affects my quality of life, limits my ability to work, makes intimacy with my partner not an option etc.

Any little bit helps, so please help a girl out & help me have this surgery sooner.
