Victim of Doctors Cruelty, Greed

I had to have back surgery in 2010 and the neurosurgeon placed the hardware in and two months later he had to take it out because the pain was worst. He had me go get a full body cat scan after the second surgery and at the follow up he noticed that some bone was missing in my back. He referred me to an Oncologist/Hemocologist who's name is Dr. Farrid Fata. At my first appointment he looked at a copy of the cat scan I had and to be sure he said that I needed a bone marrow biopsey. At the next appointment he did the Bone Marrow Biospey in the room I was in. At the next appointment he said yes I had something wrong and he wanted another Bone Marrow Biospey and I started to get worried. He did it at the next appointment just like the first in the room. A month later Dr. Fata after the second biospey said I had Mulitpule Myeloma(bone cancer). That was a shock and all I could think about was my wife and how was she gonna handle it and go on. I got sick thinking about it and cried many a night thinking about everything and just became more depressed. The next appt with Dr. Fata he said I needed to go on a Infusion of Zometa every 28-30 days for the rest of my life. WOW, what another shock. During that time of getting Infusions of Zometa. I had gotten a few infusions of Iron and Hydration he said I needed. I also received 3 weeks of Radiation which I was told I needed. After I had gotten over two years of infusions of Zometa and on August 6th 2013 Dr. Farid Fata was arrested for Medicare Fraud and a few other things including Chemo or Infusions to people who did not need them because they were to sick to have them help or they did not have Cancer. I was due to see him in a week and was told to find a new doctor after I received my records back from the FBI I went to my new doctor after he had a chance to review my records. I saw him and low and behold, I DON't have cancer or anything like it. During a few of my visits with him I told him my jaw and teeth hurt. This kept going on with me telling him until his arrest how they hurt and just before his arrest a couple of my teeth were getting loose and I was going to show him at my next visit. Then about a month later I had a couple of teeth break off at the gum line. Soon after I had teeth just fall out and one even came out with the roots and all which made a hole in my jaw bone. My new Oncologist told me that the Zometa Infusions would make my jaw hurt and probably something to do with the teeth breaking and falling out. The hole in my gum went right into my left sinus cavity. In December 2013 I went to a Dentist and then another one and they both told me that they would not touch my teeth because I had taken Zometa Infusions and I should go see a surgeon. I finally went into the Emergency Room at U of M and the doctor there said he would talk to someone at the Dental School after I told him my story. I got an appointment with the School and went in to see what they could do. Well in March after a few appointments they decided to pull the teeth that were left except the two eye teeth on top. When they were going to remove the teeth and pieces of teeth out of my jaw they were also going to have a surgeon there to help with the hole in the jaw. I felt great that finally something was gonna be done. I did not think of all the problems and bills I would have after that. They fixed my hole in the jaw alright, they cut the cheek and folded it over my gums and then sewed it up. Will never be able to have dentures with no gums to adhere them too. So now here I am with no teeth to eat with since March, living on Jello, Pudding and Ice Cream and I try to eat things I can cut into small pieces so I can swallow it. They had left the two eye so they had something to ground replacement teeth too. I found out now that the two eye teeth left are ready to go anytime so they need to pull them also. My cheeks are slowly sinking inward and my gums are really hurting from trying to eat. I was told by alot of people to put my steak or pork chops I want so much in a BLENDER, I don't think so. We have so many bills piling up and the cost of trying to get my teeth replaced is more than I can handle and that is why I am asking for your help. All the lawyers said that we can not sue Dr. Fata since he doesn't have anything left to sue for. That makes me sick in itself. Thank you all in advance. God Bless you.
