Rose M Toliver was the ultimate voice for Jesus. She leaves behind 2 sons, 3 great grand kids, 3 sisters and a brother.
Rose ascended to heaven on April 7, 2016 after battling lung cancer and type 2 diabetes.
Her life span over 40 years of service to the lord in Houston Texas and Sacramento California. Rose was the 3rd child of Marzella and Ivory Toliver from Bastrop Louisiana on September 2, 1954. Of the 5 children of Marzella and Ivory all the siblings would agree Rose was the engine that drove the passion and love for Jesus Christ within the family. She will surely be missed by many family, friends, and members of the Christian community here in Sacramento.
