There is one London Marathon left in the Old Dog, me that is!

London 27 April is the day, and I am running for a very worthy cause.

The Safe Haven Animal Rescue, based in Halstead, Kent, is a fantastic organisation which rescues dogs, cats, horses, sheeps, chickens and other furry creatures. The fantastic people of Safe Haven move these wonderful creatures to new homes. Here is Bella who we adopted...shall we say a foster fail, she is still with us to this day and going nowhere!

So if you can please feel free to sponsor the Old Dog, for the last London Marathon I think I can manage, thank you.

Not sure yet if I will run in fancy dress...but who knows...
