I am Khaled, a Palestinian residing in Gaza City. The lives of my Family and I were upended when we were forced to evacuate our homes due to war. We headed to the south where we were told to evacuate to as it is a safe place, but it is actually not.

Unfortunately, for exiting Gaza, the only viable option for individuals holding a Palestinian passport without dual citizenship such as my Family and I is to resort to special coordination, a costly endeavor of 5000 USD per person And for People Under 16 Years old the price is 2,500 USD. This financial burden is particularly challenging for us. I appeal for USD 42,500.

• USD 42,500 to facilitate the safe departure of my Family and I from Gaza to Egypt.

• USD 15,000 transfer and Go Fund Me fees.

We never imagined ourselves asking for money, but things are got out of control.
