Help Save My Home and Medical

As I sit here in my soon to be evicted home, I’m reaching out to friends and family for help. Several years ago I was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease and had seven vertebrae fused together in my neck. Now I have two more disks in my lower back that are gone which is causing nerve damage to both my legs.
            I was scheduled to have the surgery back in December 2015 but I got sick the night before the surgery and then my FMLA ended before the second surgery date as well as losing my job which I had to cancel the surgery due to the fact that I lost my medical insurance.  My new date for the surgery was scheduled for the end of February but two days before the surgery I had an MRI and it revealed another disk was herniated and the doctors want to have Cortisone Shots before the new surgery date which is scheduled for the end of this month.
            In between all of the medical problems I have been denied Social Security Disability and Unemployment and now I’m being evicted from my home. I am appealing both decisions but in the meantime I would have no place to recover from the surgery and no time to pack up my things for over 10 years to move.
            It’s only a matter of days before I’m served by the Sherriff for eviction but I have already received the letter from the attorney’s office for eviction.
            I’m at my wits end and I am humbly asking for financial help to raise $3,835.92 in the next few days before the surgery.
