Rene’s Journey
Rene is a single mom of two amazing kids. Daughter of two of her favorite people in this world her parents. Sister to a very caring brother. Her work family and friends who are such a tremendous support through such a difficult time. This year she is 29 years as a Dental Hygienist and a Health Care provider which completes her as a person in so many ways. Shes very passionate about her work and hoping to get through this and return to caring for her patients...and kick cancers ASS!
On March 2, 2020 after a routine Mammogram 3 Biopsy’s were performed and all were positive for Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Her Doublemastectomy is scheduled for March 30th, 2020. During the surgery they will test Lymph Nodes to see if the Cancer has spread to other areas.
She is one of the kindest and most big hearted women I know. An amazing mother, friend, and so compassionate with her patients. She has spent a majority of her life caring for others and now she needs the same in return.
