Stacy Simpson

Hello my name is Bonnie . My husband name is Stacy Simpson . Stacy has passed away very unexpectedly. He didn’t fell well the night before , but he or I didn’t think of death . He was disabled and he just gotten a leg amputation few months ago .While trying to cope with this new lifestyle, he was in the process of making changes. We even spoke about getting a life insurance policy just three days before this happened. We thought we were just planning for the far future. Unfortunately right before he passed he received a letter in the mail from the social security office his benefits was cut off due an administrative error two days before. This was a devastating blow that only further the heavy burden. As we lost our son this same very month in 2017 from a tragic vehicle-pedestrian accident. Wednesday evening he had to go to the hospital for numbness , and he couldn’t move his arm & leg . The hospital released him the very next day . He tried to return home only to discover that his belongings haven stolen this made him again very distraught and the feeling of pain in his stomach, and his arm & leg numbness. Stacy couldn’t move them again . After re-entering , He would never make it out of the hospital. I received a called from the hospital telling me they have done all they could, and my husband Stacy has passed away! They couldn’t revive him . Our Children and I are shattered and still in disbelief. He didn’t get opportunity to start an insurance policy . We are asking for help to with funeral expenses.
