Jules' Top Surgery and Recovery Fund

Hi there!

 

My name is Jules, and I'm a queer, nonbinary Canadian writer, editor, performer, and artist. I love creating art in all forms, and I currently work retail to cover my expenses, but I'm not in a position to save much money for anything else.

 

I'm a student at the University of Ottawa, and I'm really hoping I'll be able to schedule my top surgery over the winter break 2023. Thankfully, if I get OHIP approval, some of the surgery costs will be covered, however, I still need additional funds to cover the rest of it and for my recovery afterward.

 

I've wanted top surgery since I was a child. Before I even knew it was an option. Getting this surgery would mean the world to me, would be incredibly gender-affirming, and would also help with the severe dysphoria I deal with on a daily basis. I can't begin to express how much I would appreciate your support.
