Family Slipping Through The Cracks!

Please help my friends Cody, Lea and their sweet kids Bo, Sunny and Everett! 

Cody went from being from a strong young man supporting his family as a truck driver to being in a wheelchair in the span of two months. Neurologists suspect MS but haven't diagonsed his condition formally yet (apparently getting an MS diagnosis is hard in the early phases before lesions show on an MRI).   Without a formal diagnosis they can't apply for benefits like  SSI.  Their families have pitched in what they could which kept them housed for the past two months, but the family is tapped out.  They now have zero income and will be homeless soon.  They have a 4 month old baby, a 19 month old toddler and a 4 year old.  

Why help?   These are good people, decent people, humble people who hate asking for help.  They approached their church and were given a small donation and told they couldn't help help further.  They have been bounced around multiple systems and don't know where to turn next. 

With this money, we hope to do the following:
-  Pay their rent for a few months until doctors can formally diagnose Cody.
-  Stabilize this family in crisis.  They need everything from gas money to simply drive to doctor's appointments, to diapers and wipes, a new cane, and a better wheelchair (electric). 

Why can't they go into a homeless shelter?  They are applying, but there are are long waits to house a family of five and most of these programs are temoporary, only a few months.  They need help now.
