Help Carl Deal With ICBC Bullshit

Hi everyone! My name is Kaiti and I am the partner of Carl, a working class metal worker who needs his car to get to work. Due to being poor, we missed some insurance payments without noticing and now owe ICBC $2200 along with a fine of $600 to the cops. We are too poor to be poor, so this is a financial setback that may as well be $30,000. Carl and I are taking extra shifts and working hard to come up with the money, but without his car (which we can't insure until we pay the amount in full) it's pretty impossible for us. We are asking our friends and comrades if they can help us overcome some bureaucratic nonsense so he can go to work and pay the rest off himself. If you can spare anything at all, we would be wildly grateful. Loans aren't really an option, nor could we feasibly pay them back. Both of us work hard for the rights of workers and the unification of our community, and are asking said community to support us in this time of need.
