My name is Amina Al-Najjar. I am a heart patient, and every day is a struggle for me and my family. My children and grandchildren are suffering with me from hunger and the lack of clean water. My little grandchildren are in urgent need of diapers and milk, but we have no way to provide for them.

We are living in tents under extremely harsh conditions, surrounded by insects, with very little food or comfort. It breaks my heart to see the little ones cry from hunger and discomfort, and I feel helpless as a grandmother who only wants to protect her family.
