As you all know, Ed is fighting a tough battle with cancer. Thankfully he is still able to work, but it comes with a catch. Because he is on chemo, he can't take the bus or metro to work as he usually does (his white blood cell count is low and he is prone to infections). As a result he is taking Uber to and from work every day. Unfortunately, his office is a good 20 minutes away and its costing him well over a hundred dollars a week.

That is why we are starting a gofund me campaign to create "Ed's Uber fund" to help with the costs.
