I hope this message finds you well and surrounded by the warmth and love that you have so generously shared with us over the years. Today, I come to you with a mixture of gratitude, humility, and a touch of vulnerability.

Over the past four years, my brother, our family, and our dedicated team have poured their hearts and souls into my dream of creating something truly special for our community - "Excel Medical company " and its extension,These ventures have become more than just businesses; they have become a source of pride and joy for us,

Our journey began in the midst of the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. It was not the ideal start, but with determination and the support of our amazing family, we persevered. We proudly share that, except for a small investment from an angel early on, we have been entirely self-funded.

While this has been a point of pride, it has also posed its own set of challenges.

Life has thrown us personal hardships, including the heartbreaking loss of the System we’ve made.

However, today, we find ourselves at a crossroads.

Despite our best efforts, the rising economy and competitive nature of the retail and business demands that we grow our business to be able to rise above the water we are treading. We are now facing the harsh reality that we may not be able to keep our doors open without additional support.

While we are not accustomed to asking for help, we recognize that sometimes we all need a helping hand.

Today, with a sense of humility, I am reaching out to you, our friends and family, for that hand-up.

We have always been the first to give whenever possible, but now we find ourselves in a position where we must ask for your support. A small, anonymous donation could be the push we need to continue our journey or, perhaps, fund our final days so that we can ensure that our amazing employees, vendors, and business partners do not suffer from our misfortune.

We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from supporting one another.
