Chad passed away on May 12, 2020. He is survived by his two children, Addison and Emry. In lieu of flowers or gifts, we ask that you donate to this gofundme account. We are in the process of setting up a trust fund for Chad's children in his honor and any donations made through this gofundme page will be directly transferred into the account once set up is complete.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date which we will announce once plans have been finalized.
