Help My Mom retire

This was really hard for me to create.  My mom Marjorie (upper left hand corner of this picture)  achieved a Masters degree only to end up raising 4 children. 
She was married to my Nigerian father for 25 years and they divorced right after my youngest brother graduated high school.  They remained great friends but sadly he made a horrible decision to take all of their retirement and took it to his home country Nigeria.  My mom is now 65 and should be retired, but is working to get paid $20 an hour and had to just quit her job due to her health.  
I am working hard to try to find her a place to live and get her out of debt.  I want her to just be able to have her Soc security to pay for food and basic needs, but I need to find her a place to live.  I am praying that we can have a studio build on my sisters land.  I have saved money of my own to do this, but my sister needs to do land improvements and add a well for this to even be possible.  My mom's health is not great and I am really hoping we can get her debt paid off and into a place where she can just be a retired grandma. 
 I only created this because of the amount of people who contacted me offering to help.
