Save Dukes leg!!

H! My name is Duke and I was a naughty boy and I ran out into the road and got hit by a car!! My poor mom is beside herself and not sure what she is going to do. Please help my mom save my life and my leg!! She is already over 2000 in the whole for just the Emergency visit and is quoted $4000+ for surgery. My mom is faced with the choice of *gulp* putting me down, amputating or fixing my leg. I prefer that she fixes my leg. I mean I will still be handsome with 3 legs but I would prefer all 4. I don’t want to be called tripod!! Every little bit will help save me!!!
