The Love Fund for Konner & Keaton

First let me tell you who I am, my name is Kyle Henry and I am Konner Grubbs baseball coach and over the past year I have became a close family friend of Dana and Scott Dickard. I have spoken to Dana (Danielle DeShields mother and Konner and Keatons Ga-Ga) and I am raising money on her behalf to help cover the funeral expenses for Danielle and the on going expenses of raising 2 beautiful grandchildren.

As some of you may know Danielle passed away on Monday July 27th, 2015 and she was the mother of 2 beautiul children, Konner and Keaton. She had no insurance to cover the funeral expenses so these expenses are being taken on by Dana and Scott. Dana and Scott are also taking on the responsibility of raising both children and with them now come childcare, a new bedroom for Keaton, baby stuff (diapers, wipes, clothes, etc.), school clothes and the list goes on.

Why am I helping? Dana has been going through a whirlwind of emotions and she needs our help. Our baseball moms decided after spending some time with Dana this afternoon that I was the person to do it. All monies raised will go directly to Dana, Konner and Keaton.

Why should you help? I honestly feel that you can put yourself in her shoes and you can see the need. There is an old saying "it takes a village to raise a child", we are the village that can help Dana and Scott do this. You will be glad you did!
