Steve Martin Memorial Fund

 It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Steve L Martin, who left us on the morning of Saturday March 27th, 2021.

Steve was a loving husband, caring father, a jokester to family and friends, and an honorable US Navy veteran of 23 years service. 

 Steve had his share of health issues throughout the years...COPD, prone to pneumonia, and sadly Stage IV Lung Cancer of 3 years. My husband was sent to the ER Tuesday the 23rd for fever and unresponsiveness. There he was put on BiPAP machine for his lungs and doctors say he showed small signs of Stroke. Sadly he was not taking to the treatment and then was  transferred to Comfort Care on Friday 26th. Unfortunately the next morning was when we received the phone call that he had just passed. 
(Due to COVID-19 visiting hours where 8am - 8pm and I was not able to be with him when he passed.)

 My husband's wishes was to be Cremated and to have his ashes spread in the ocean.

He would always say "I spent half my life at sea and after..I'd love to return to it"

 This GoFundMe is to help out our family with Steve's viewing service, cremation, and to give him his wishes.
