Terry’s Story
Terry Biggs, a dedicated Circuit Court employee for over 20 years has been recently forced into an early retirement after being recently diagnosed with MS and Parkinson’s Disease.
Her fight began with small changes in her health that once compounded soon became a very significant change. After seeking opinions from many Doctors in the surrounding areas who just could not provide the answers to her questions, she sought the help of a Doctor specializing in MS and Terry was diagnosed. Day by day these conditions have stripped her of the independence we all value.
Terry continues to remain optimistic and positive as she undergoes various forms of very expensive treatments to help in her battle with these two crippling medical conditions. Right by her side, supporting her every step of the way is her dedicated husband Mike, daughters Kristen and Heather, her beloved puppies and a very large extended family including her Montgomery County Employee and Court Center family.
In a show of support and love for Terry and her fight, the Circuit and Juvenile Court Clerk’s offices are sponsoring Team Terry-a fundraising event where fun and food will be the centerpiece!
