Hello my name is Kristen Brinza. I am starting this page for dear friends of mine. The Rouns, Nick has had several health issues for the past few years. In November 2020 he had several mini strokes .Since then it has been doctor after doctor. His health not really in inclining more like declining leading to kidney failure. At that time doctors said it was necessary for a kidney transplant. Thankfully nicks sister is a match and the transplant is scheduled for April 4th 2023. This is where we come in. In any event transplants are very costly. There will be a lot of out of pockets expenses; anti rejection medications and co-pays to name a few. Nick has some time saved, but after is used, FMLA will step in. Although that will be half his normal pay. Michele will have to take 2 weeks to care for her husband once he is released from hospital!
