::UPDATE:: Asking for help is hard.

Hey yall its Aaron. The last month has been a real rough one. It has set me back substantially. Here's the story...

I lost my job at the end of January.

No worries thats what unemployment is for right? Applied, and approved... made claims etc....

We'll come back to that.

Got an under the table job as well.

And an actual job (doest start till March 11th)

So the perfect setup to roll right into employment right?

I thought so too...

Mental health is a cruel beast.

A failing relationship caused a cascade of events that ended with getting 10 days in a behavioral health hospital.

Well that under the table job.... gone.... unemployment.... you can just file late right....

Back to that...

While my claim was approved all of my "payments" aren't coming in because they're in process... up to 30 days....

We all that life doesn't function at the same speed as the government...

30 days will set me back even further.

I have borrowed some money from family and friends, but even those debts are becoming suffocating when added to the grand scheme of things.

Somewhere in that mess my car broke down and had to go to the shop...

But your new job starts soon right?

Yes it does.

First check will be the 5th of April.

That's where I'm at....

Or so I thought....

On Saturday the 23rd I went to the ER.

My hand had been hurting for a couple days but it started to aggressively swell.

I was immediately processed and put in an isolation unit at the hospital.

I've been in the hospital for 6 days...

Doctors say I'm getting better and the doctors are saying I should be out on Friday (fingers crossed)

Checked in on the progress of my unemployment.... after everything... I've been denied... all that time and patience wasted.

Thats the update....
