Moving to California

Hi my name is Niccole and my partner is Alice. We currently reside in Florida and with DeSantis working on passing a bunch of anti-trans laws. Alice is a trans-female and these laws would make it impossible to live without detransitioning. They're passing bills that are taking away any gender-affirming care and blocking name and gender marker changes.

We are looking for any help to get out west to California where we both can feel safe so Alice can continue transitioning and become a permanent California resident and finally get her name changed.

This is essentially to cover moving costs and not for anything else. Any money we received will strictly be used for that purpose and that purpose alone and will furnish proof of those expenses through receipt.

This will be a chance at a new life for Alice and I to function in a place that includes us and welcomes Alice and other transgender people with the dignity and respect they deserve. California is a beautiful place and we hope to call it home soon. Thank you and we hope you have a blessed day.
