My Brother-in-Law, Antonio, was taken from his family. He's been detained by ICE since August 6th, despite not being charged with any crimes.

Antonio is a loving husband, father, and step-father, and the whole family is devastated by his absence and by the complete violation of his due process rights. He is the sole provider for his family, who have no income now that he has been stolen from them. Several members of the family have debilitating medical diagnoses that have been exacerbated by his absence and will require expensive medical treatment. His wife, Chelsea, is struggling to make ends meet while caring for her children and herself. His youngest daughter, Colette, has been inconsolable and cannot understand where her dad is.
