Discipleship Training and Outreach

Hi, my name is George and I’m fundraising to be able to attend YWAM’s (Youth With a Mission) discipleship training school program and out reach in Kona, Hawaii. It involves 3 months of lectures and practice on how to reach people about Christ and then 2 months sharing the gospel in an unreached nation.

I’m currently an Intern at a Christian Camp called Camp Spofford. Camp ministry is a life long goal of mine and I believe God wants me to be involved in it for the long run.

However I also believe that an opportunity like this to learn more about how to reach all types of people, especially those in immediate need who are under served is valuable. Gods love is for all people and I’m eager to learn more about how to reach all cultures. Camp ministry sees a wide variety of people who are struggling in different ways. With this training and outreach I believe this can only help me be better equipped to serve those in whatever community camp ministry finds me in.

The funding is broken up into two parts.

$4,200 for the Schooling (Room and Board included)

$5,000 for the Outreach in a country TBD
