Holly Benge Benefit

As some may know.. Some may not.. Our mom, Holly Benge, has been fighting multiple myeloma since November of 2018. She was working in the yard when she broke her arm.. which required a special arm brace. Mom kept telling us it didn’t feel right and didn’t feel like it was healing. She went back to the doctor and when they did more tests they found her diagnosis of multiple myeloma was 90% throughout her body which is when they introduced her to Dr. Hiatt, Oncologist. She’s done a full round of chemo with IV chemo and pill form. She went through a stem cell transplant in late August early September 2019. We hoped and prayed for remission, but the cancer is still present. Mom started Chemo again two weeks ago and has another long haul ahead of her. In March we go back to Omaha to have more tests done. In all of this, mom has a 1-5# weight limit on her arm which means finding a job as a nurse along with the chemo treatments has been very difficult. We just ask for some help for her financially. Nobody should have to go through cancer treatment and worry about not being able to pay their bills. She doesn’t ask for help often. As a mom of 4 + a bonus kid ;) she went through nursing school and then worked night shift until we all graduated so she could provide for us kids. We just want to give her a little peace of mind. Any little bit helps. Thank you so much from our family. It truly means the world to us for any little bit we get to help her!
