Help for family

My brother Trever had a seizure that resulted in some serious injuries. Broken jaw, orbital fracture, teeth replacement, and yet again a third brain surgery for the final step. This will be a long road and his family and fiancee will need a little help due to time off and unexpected costs. This is not an easy thing for any of us as we try not to ask for help but with the current situation at hand we have no choice.
