Support Mari's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hello everyone! My name is Stormee and as many of you may or may not know.. Mari has been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer since November of last year. Her diagnosis wasn't something she was expecting or prepared for (who ever is?) to say the least and since then, this battle with cancer has been very hard on her these past couple of months. So far Mari has done absolutely everything she can physically to overcome her sudden diagnosis, as well as trying every single day to be mentally resilient enough to keep pushing through, running off of faith and love from friends and family. She has been doing chemo every week since her diagnosis and it has really taken a toll on her body... she has lost her hair, feels nauseated on a regular basis, feels physically weak, etc., it's truly and unimaginably a lot of stress on the body over time. As we all know.. medical insurance isn't the best sometimes and unfortunately as she is coming to the final steps of her battle in her attempt to finally, hopefully be able to say she kicked cancer's a**.. she is still being left responsible for a large portion of her medical bills. As of right now Mari is set for surgery this coming June. She is set to be getting a Lumpectomy (a surgical procedure to remove tissue where her tumor was, as well as the halo of tissue surrounding it, to make sure all cancer is removed), as well as having to go through radiation following right after in hopes of killing anything that could possibly remain. Mari has truly been a warrior thus far... but even then, warriors like her should not have to deal with all of this alone. Even for someone with so much fight in them, the least she should have to be dealing with is the financial burden of a situation that has already been so hard on her in every other aspect possible. So I'm organizing this fundraiser to ask for your help in hopes of alleviating some of her stress and worry towards her medical finances as she continues to go though this battle. Any amount would be a blessing and greatly appreciated.. absolutely no amount is too small.
